Do I need to book an appointment before visiting the showroom?
Yes, we recommend booking your showroom visit in advance. You can do this using the booking system on this page, through our online chat or by emailing trade@awartisan.eu.
If you're already in the Málaga area, please contact us and we'll do our best to arrange a visit, depending on our team's availability.
What are your opening hours and when can I book a visit?
We are open Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
The first showroom appointment can be booked for 9:30 AM and the last available appointment is at 2:30 PM. This ensures our team has enough time to guide you through the showroom and provide assistance.
Can I place an order during my visit?
Yes! You can discover our products in the showroom, place your order and take it home with you on the same day.
Our warehouse team can usually prepare your order within 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the number of products ordered.
Can I collect an order during my showroom appointment?
Yes! If you would like to collect an order during your visit, simply place it in advance by phone or through our website, as usual.
At checkout, select the "Warehouse Collection" option in the delivery section and complete your payment online.
If you have a specific date or collection time in mind, please mention it in the "Special Instructions" field when completing your order.
How many people can visit the showroom?
Our showroom is not a large space, so please let us know how many visitors to expect when booking.
We can usually accommodate up to four people per visit. If you would like to come with a larger group, please let us know when booking so we can check availability and make suitable arrangements.
What time should I arrive if I want to take my order home the same day?
If you would like to place an order and take it home on the same day, we recommend arriving before 2:30 PM.
This gives our warehouse team enough time to prepare your order before closing.
Can I have my order delivered instead of collecting it from the showroom?
Yes! During our busier periods, particularly from September to March, the showroom and warehouse may experience higher demand.
If you prefer not to wait, we can arrange for your order to be delivered directly to your chosen address.
Once your order has been placed, our showroom representative can provide an estimated preparation and collection time.
