Nymph Aurora Glass Earrings
  • Jewellery with a story – Light-catching glass, stainless steel and printed meaning cards with black ribbons give retailers much more to sell than a simple pair of earrings.

  • Choose by colour or shape – Coordinated colours run through graceful loops, flowers, fairies, angel wings and longer statement drops, creating a display that feels varied but still belongs together.

  • Made to catch the light – The coloured glass changes character as it moves, helping the earrings stand out particularly well under good counter lighting.

  • From delicate to dramatic – Pearl and rose tones offer softer romantic choices, while deep blue, teal and jet black bring stronger fantasy, bohemian and gothic appeal.

  • Ready for gifting – Every pair arrives on a printed header card explaining the spirit and symbolism behind the design, adding perceived value without extra packaging work.

  • Natural collecting appeal – Customers can return for a favourite shape in another colour, or choose different silhouettes built around the same colour story.

  • Part of the Nymph world – Display alongside Nymph Spirit Gemstone Ring Sets to build a distinctive, story-led jewellery collection.

When Every Part of Nature Had a Spirit

In ancient Greek mythology, nymphs were spirits associated with particular parts of the natural world: trees and forests, springs and rivers, mountains, seas, breezes and even the evening light. They were not quite gods and not originally fairies, although centuries of art and storytelling have allowed the two ideas to mingle rather nicely.

The Nymph Aurora collection takes this old idea as an imaginative starting point. It is not intended as a strict lesson in Greek mythology; it uses colour, light and movement to suggest different spirits of nature in a form customers can actually wear.

A Little Mythology on Every Card

The colour stories draw inspiration from several wonderfully named nymphs. Dryads belonged to trees and forests, Naiads to fresh water, Oceanids to the waters of the world, while the Hesperides were associated with evening and the golden light of sunset. The darker Lampades carried torches through the underworld—an excellent story for the jet-black designs.

These details appear on the accompanying presentation cards, giving shop staff an immediate talking point. A customer may first notice the colour, but the name and meaning often provide the reason for choosing one pair over another.

Glass That Comes Alive in the Light

Glass is particularly effective in earrings because it does not remain visually still. A small turn of the head can reveal another flash of colour, a darker edge or a brighter reflection. The longer drops make the most of this movement, while the flower, wing and fairy shapes use the glass as a glowing focal point.

The jewellery combines glass with stainless steel components, producing pieces that feel delicate without disappearing on display. These are earrings worth showing in the open rather than leaving in a drawer—the light does part of the selling.

How can the glass be shown at its best? +

Display the earrings where light can pass across or through the glass. A pale backing works well for darker colours, while pearl and lavender often stand out more clearly against a mid-tone or darker background.

Can they be described as hypoallergenic? +

The earrings are listed as using stainless steel, and a test report is available through the product pages. However, individual sensitivities vary, so retailers should avoid promising that jewellery is allergy-free unless the precise grade and supporting documentation justify that claim. The earrings are listed as using stainless steel, and a test report is available through the product pages. Does every pair include a meaning card? +

Yes. The printed header card carries the story behind the colour and its associated nymph, helping the earrings work as both a gift and a conversation piece.
