Experience deep resonance and spiritual calm with the Extra Large Nepalese Moon Bowl – a beautifully handcrafted singing bowl made in Nepal.
Weighing approximately 1.45kg and measuring 22cm in diameter, this substantial bowl is expertly handmade by skilled artisans using traditional techniques passed down through generations. Its smooth, reflective surface and lunar-inspired design embody tranquility and introspection, making it a powerful tool for meditation and sound healing.
A Nepalese Moon Singing Bowl is named for its ethereal tones and symbolic connection to the moon, which represents stillness, intuition, and inner reflection. The moon has long been associated with feminine energy, emotional balance, and the cyclical nature of life—qualities that align beautifully with the calming effects of this sacred instrument.
When played, either by striking or gliding a mallet around its rim, the bowl produces long-lasting, harmonic vibrations that help clear mental clutter, reduce stress, and support emotional healing. Its deep, grounding tone is particularly effective for chakra balancing, mindfulness practice, yoga, and energy work.
This Extra Large Nepalese Moon Bowl offers a profound sense of presence and connection to the inner self. Its generous size and weight also make it a striking centerpiece in any healing space.
Invite your customers to embrace the quiet power of lunar energy with this exquisite Moon Bowl—a sacred vessel for reflection, healing, and inner harmony.

How to use
1. Find a Quiet Space
Choose a calm environment to fully experience the bowl’s sound and vibration.
2. Hold the Bowl
Place the bowl on the palm of your non-dominant hand. For larger bowls, rest it on a cushion or a flat surface for stability.
3. Striking the Bowl
Gently strike the outer rim with the padded end of the mallet to produce a rich, resonant tone. Let the sound fade naturally.
4. Making It Sing
Hold the mallet like a pencil, with a firm grip.
Gently press the mallet against the outer rim.
Move it in a slow, steady circular motion around the edge of the bowl.
As the friction builds, the bowl will begin to “sing” with a continuous tone.
5. Focus and Breathe
Use the sound as a focus point for meditation, relaxation, or mindfulness. Let the vibration guide your breathing and awareness.
