Embrace the soothing presence of the Large Nepalese Moon Bowl, a finely handcrafted singing bowl originating from the heart of Nepal.
Weighing approximately 850g and measuring 17cm in diameter, this elegant bowl is shaped and finished by hand using time-honored artisan methods. Its refined, moon-inspired design reflects a sense of quiet balance and inner stillness, making it an ideal companion for meditation, sound therapy, and daily mindfulness rituals.
Moon bowls are named for their gentle, celestial tones and symbolic association with the moon—an ancient emblem of intuition, feminine energy, and the rhythm of inner transformation. This connection enhances the bowl’s ability to create a nurturing space for emotional release and spiritual reflection.
When activated by striking or running a mallet along the rim, the bowl emits clear, lingering tones that promote focus, calm, and energetic alignment. Its size makes it easy to use while still delivering rich, resonant sound suitable for breathwork, yoga, and clearing practices.
The Large Nepalese Moon Bowl is a meaningful tool for anyone seeking serenity and presence. Used in a personal practice or shared in healing work, it brings a grounded yet ethereal energy to any space.
Share the restorative energy of this beautifully made Moon Bowl with your customers—an instrument of stillness, awareness, and soulful connection.

How to use
1. Find a Quiet Space
Choose a calm environment to fully experience the bowl’s sound and vibration.
2. Hold the Bowl
Place the bowl on the palm of your non-dominant hand. For larger bowls, rest it on a cushion or a flat surface for stability.
3. Striking the Bowl
Gently strike the outer rim with the padded end of the mallet to produce a rich, resonant tone. Let the sound fade naturally.
4. Making It Sing
Hold the mallet like a pencil, with a firm grip.
Gently press the mallet against the outer rim.
Move it in a slow, steady circular motion around the edge of the bowl.
As the friction builds, the bowl will begin to “sing” with a continuous tone.
5. Focus and Breathe
Use the sound as a focus point for meditation, relaxation, or mindfulness. Let the vibration guide your breathing and awareness.
