The Buy Now Pay Later payment method is now available on AW Artisan Europe

We are thrilled to announce that from now on, the PastPay Buy Now Pay Later payment method is available to our corporate clients from Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Portugal, Lithuania, Slovakia, Czechia, Hungary, Austria, Poland, Romania, Italy, Estonia, Latvia, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Switzerland and Great Britain with a valid VAT number.

We are also working on more European countries to offer this payment method. We hope soon we will be able to offer Buy Now Pay Later option to all EU countries.

The innovative Buy Now Pay Later enables your company to purchase immediately on our website and pay in 30 or 60 days later for the order!Choose the PastPay Buy Now Pay Later option among the payment methods and finalize your order in the checkout process, which will be delivered to you as usual. You can handle the payment at a later time.

The process is simple::

3. Successful order; the package is on its way

We’ll dispatch your order as soon possible while you’ll have the freedom to delay your payment by up to 30 or 60 days.

4. Settle the invoice by transfer to PastPay's bank account before the extended payment deadline

With this BNPL payment method we would like to provide a new opportunity for our corporate buyers to improve liquidity and achieve faster growth.

Please note that the PastPay Buy Now Pay Later payment method is available only to selected corporate buyers. After selecting the PastPay payment option, the system will automatically send a confirmation whether the BNPL payment method is available for your company or not.

How can I settle the invoice?

Using the PastPay service, the webshop you purchase from, assigns the claim to Pentech Solutions Polska sp. z o.o. (PastPay) as part of invoice factoring. It means that you can settle the invoice by transferring the full amount to PastPay's bank account.

Transfer the amount to this bank account even if the account number of the webshop is added to the invoice since PastPay purchased the invoice from the webshop already. You need to settle the invoice no later than the extended payment deadline.

Can I settle my outstanding payment earlier than the date set out in my payment terms?

Yes, you can settle your payments early by bank transfer. Contact [email protected] and our customer support associate will provide you with the details you need to do this.

What happens if I don’t pay my invoices in time? 

Once your invoice is past its due date, PastPay will begin the dunning process. They will attempt to contact you by email and telephone. If necessary, a collections agency will become involved.

Do I need to sign up to use Pastpay? 

No, you can use PastPay via your AW Artisan Europe's customer account. You don’t need to take any action before selecting your payment terms at checkout. 

What’s the maximum amount I can spend on one transaction with Buy Now, Pay Later? 

We can extend instant credit terms on orders up to the value of €20,000 Above that, PastPay credit analysts will need to run a manual review. 

Can I pay in instalments?

Currently, PastPay does not offer instalment payment plans.

Can I place an order using BNPL one day, and then place another BNPL order a few days later? 

You can place as many orders as you like using our solution, provided you do not exceed the credit limit of your account and keep up with any due payments. 

Can I still access PastPay solution if I am behind on my payments? 

No. We will not allow customers with unpaid invoices to place any new orders until their debt has been cleared.
