How to use For Meditation: Find a Quiet Space - Sit comfortably in a calm environment where you won’t be disturbed. Hold Your Mala - Drape the mala over your right hand, letting it rest between your middle and ring fingers. Start at the Guru Bead - Begin at the large bead (called the guru bead) or tassel. Do not count the guru bead. Recite Your Mantra - Use your thumb to move one bead at a time, reciting your mantra, prayer, or intention on each bead. Work Your Way Around - Continue bead by bead until you reach the guru bead again. For a longer session, you may reverse direction and repeat the process. For Daily Wear or Intention: Set Your Intention: Hold your mala and focus on a thought, intention, or goal. Wear Mindfully: Around the neck or wrist as a reminder of your intention. Keep It Sacred: Store in a clean, respectful place when not in use.
