Work Your Way Around - Continue bead by bead until you reach the guru bead again. For a longer session, you may reverse direction and repeat the process. For Daily Wear or Intention: Set Your Intention: Hold your mala and focus on a thought, intention, or goal. Wear Mindfully: Around the neck or wrist as a reminder of your intention.
