How it works.

Buy the items you need and remember that you won't need to pay for them up front.

2. Go to the payment page

When your basket is ready, go to the payment page.

3. Choose "Deferred payment with Hokodo"

Among the payment options available, click on "Deferred Payment".

4. Receive your order

We will ship your order as soon as possible and you will have the freedom to delay your payment for up to 30/60 days.

What is Deferred Payment?

Deferred Payment allows you to purchase and receive the inventory, equipment or materials you need for your business free of charge for 30/60 days.

What is Hokodo?

Hokodo is a digital payment company and the leading European provider of deferred payment solutions for B2B e-commerce. By partnering with Hokodo, we are able to offer payment terms to the majority of our customers, while protecting all parties from risk.

So is it like Klarna or Clearpay for B2B?

Yes ! It's a very similar concept.

How long do I have to wait for approval?

Most of the time, Hokodo can approve your company's payment terms in less than a second. Sometimes, when a manual review is required, it may take longer.

How do you determine my credit limit and payment terms?

We use your company name and address to perform a credit and fraud risk assessment, using a database. It does not affect your credit score.

Does Hokodo affect my credit score?

Our credit and fraud checks do not affect your credit score. If your bills are paid on time, your credit score will not be affected.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your purchase using your usual method, such as credit card or bank transfer.

Can I settle my outstanding payment before the date indicated in my payment conditions?

Yes, you can pay your payments in advance by card or bank transfer. Contact [email protected] and our Customer Support Associate will provide you with the details you need to do so.

What happens if I don't pay my bills on time?

Once your invoice has expired, Hokodo will begin the dunning process. They will try to contact you by email and phone. If necessary, a collection agency will intervene.

In which countries are Hokodo's payment plans available?

Currently, Hokodo's payment plans are available to customers in the UK, France, Belgium, Netherlands, and Spain.

Do I need to register to use Hokodo?

No, you can use Hokodo via your AW Artisan Franc customer account. You don't have to do anything before selecting your payment terms at checkout.

What is the maximum amount I can spend on a Deferred Payment transaction?

We can extend instant credit terms on orders up to a value of £20,000. Beyond that, Hokodo credit analysts will need to perform a manual review.

Can I pay in several installments?

Currently, Hokodo does not offer installment payment plans.

Can I place a Deferred Payment order one day and then place another Deferred Payment order a few days later?

You can place as many orders as you want using our solution, provided you do not exceed the credit limit of your account and respect any payments due.

Can I still access the Hokodo solution if I am behind on my payments?

No. We will not allow customers with outstanding invoices to place new orders until their debt has been cleared.
